Returns can be sent in their original condition to:

Please include with your return: your name, address and your Reference/Invoice No. from the paperwork that accompanied your order. MAI Australia will substitute with a similar product of the same or greater value.
Replacements will be sent immediately unless there is a stock problem, whereby you will be notified and given the choice of another replacement.
